Dr. Arvin is a holistic, evidence-based practitioner and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He has also furthered his education with study of contemporary medical acupuncture (CMAG) at McMaster University in Hamilton. 

He has extensive experience in different environments including chiropractic, orthopedic, fracture clinics, and rehabilitation settings. This varied exposure to healthcare has strengthened his passion and has taught him that every patient is different even if they present with similar complaints. His practice approach is to combine multiple non-invasive interventions into a unique, individualized care plan for each and every patient.

Dr. Arvin’s goal is to provide excellent care using his knowledge and expertise in treating moderate-severe neck & back conditions ( disc herniation, disc bulge, stenosis, facet sprain/strain, and arthritis ), Shoulder pain (impingements, rotator cuff injuries, and frozen shoulders) as well as hip, and knee conditions (sprain/strain, patelofemoral pain syndrome, and arthritis).


Urvashi is a physiotherapist who believes in combining both manual therapy and active rehabilitation as an integrative approach to a quick recovery.

She has treated a wide variety of clients ranging from competitive athletes to sedentary individuals of all ages.


Her treatment philosophy involves using manual therapy to improve soft tissues and joint restrictions in addition to neuro-muscular re-education exercises to prevent re-injury.

With a vast experience in assessing, treating and educating various types of injuries and conditions by using manual therapy, exercise prescription and various modalities and taping, she follow a holistic approach towards treatment of her clients.

As well as regular Physiotherapy, Urvashi also specialises in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Dr. Tony Diab is a Chiropractor and Medical Acupuncture Provider and has been in practice for 4 years. Originally from Nova Scotia, Dr. Tony moved to Toronto in 2019.


He believes education is the key starting point of anyone's journey to living an active, pain free lifestyle. He aims to create a treatment plan that is collaborative, simple and informed by the evidence.
